Barcusclose Lane, Burnopfield

Colour were appointed in 2018 to develop a landscape led masterplan for this proposed housing development. Proposals were informed by landscape appraisal, with sensitive mitigation proposals being developed using landscape features already in existence in the wider landscape character area of the site. Route connections and recreation opportunities have been included in the scheme to encourage residents to engage in the wider countryside and activity within the new estate.
