Seaham North Dock

Development of RIBA Stage 2 design proposals, following an initial feasibility study, to support a funding application to the Heritage Lottery Fund. Originally developed to principally serve the mining industry, the Dock now supports a working marina and business centre. It is hoped that proposals will raise the profile of the Dock and attract investment to arrest long term decline.
